CSU Students Receive National Scholarship for Study Abroad

Congratulations to our CSU Students who has been awarded the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship with awards ranging from $3000 to $5000 for study abroad.

The Gilman Scholarship Program is open to U.S. citizen undergraduate students who are planning to study abroad. The program aims to diversify the kinds of students who study abroad and the countries and regions where they go by supporting undergraduates who might otherwise not participate due to financial constraints.

The deadline for Summer and Fall 2014 awards will be March 4, 2014. Gilman Workshops to help CSU students will be announced in January and take place in February or visit the Gilman International Scholarship web site for more information.

Michael Bent, an Art major, will be studying in France this Spring.

Dustin Clark, an Anthropology major, will be studying in Japan this Spring.

Stefani Gleave, an International Stuides major, will be studying in China this Spring.

Devon Aimes, a Business Administration major, will be studying in China this Spring.

Nadia Marrakchi, an International Studies major, will be studying in Jordan this spring.
